History of development

Crystal Group  Joint  Stock  Company  has undergone  a long journey of establishment and development, each milestone marks its continuous   maturity  and  growth.  during 20-year operation, Crystal Group Joint Stock Company has significantly contributed to the development  of international community in general and of Vietnam in particular.

 •     The  precursor  of  Crystal Group  Joint Stock   Company    was    Crystal   Joint Stock Company  in  Russian Federation established  in 1992 that  specialized in importing and exporting consumption goods, industrial machines including excavators, automobiles and so on.

•     In 1995: Togi- Russian Federation  Commercial Complex was established. Every action of Togi is in accordance with its motto “Good and Rich” to expand  its market and develop in both size and business lines.

 •     In  1997:  Asean Commercial Centre was built. This  centre  was put  into operation  in 2002 and continuously expands with current total area of 8,500m2 and brings about huge profits for a number of businessmen.

•    In1995: Dung Tien Company limited was established, specializing in investing in banking sector , transportation

•     In 2008: Dung Tien Company limited was changed into dung Tien Finance  Investment Joint Stock Company which expanded  its operation in Vietnam including mineral prospecting, exploring and processing (Excluding banned minerals) in laos and real estate.

•      From 2010 to present: Crystal Group Joint Stock Company was established, which has operated in multiple fields including minerals, real estate, foods, alcoholic beverages, online games and forth on with the involvement of a variety of subsidiaries.
