MR. Pham  Dung Tien: President of Board of Director and general Director

The founder of Crystal Group Joint Stock Company. He graduated from the national Economics university, university of posts and Telecommunications and university of lahabana- Cuba. He always complies with the motto “Good and Rich”, contributing to the development of the company, partners and the entire society. He has done successful business in moscow since 1990s. With strategic perspective and 20-year experience in managing commercial areas, he directed the Group to the model of leading multi-industry Corporation in Vietnam. Currently, mr.pham dung Tien is the president of Crystal Group Joint Stock Company with more than 20 subsidiaries operating successfully in such fields as minerals, real estate, communication and entertainment.

MR. Nguyen Dien Nam: Member of Board of Directors

A member of board of directors of Crystal Group Joint Stock Company, graduated from Hanoi university of mining and Geology. mr. nam has 20 years of experience in researching, exploring and processing minerals. He is an expert of the Group in this field and one of the key members with regard to managing and trading minerals of more than 10 subsidiaries.

MR. Nguyen Nhat Lam : Member of Board of Directors.

Mr Lam graduated from the University of Art in International Relations. He worked as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam 1999. In 2002, He graduated as Master of Science in International Business and Logistics, Aalborg University Denmark, Nottingham University United Kingdom. From 2011, he is Business Development Manager of  Present Clearsource Pte Singapo.

MR. Nguyen Van Hien : Member of  Board of Directors- general Director of An Vuong Mineral Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Hien graduated from the university of posts and Communications, has many years of doing business in Russia. He is now investing in and directly managing An Vuong mineral Joint Stock Company with projects of prospecting, exploring and processing iron ore, Sponge Iron manufacturing Factory, the project of Crystal multi-functionary urban area in Hoa binh, investing, exploring and processing bauxite ore in lang Son.

MR. Pham Duy Nghia : Financial Director

Mr. nghia has nealy 20 years of experience in accounting finance. At present, he is holding the position of financial director of the Group. He has rich expertise and experience in various fields such as: business, import and export, works construction, laws on enterprise. He always offers financial solutions of the best efficiency, causing significant profits and revenues in negotiations over investment and business management.

MS. My Ngoc Dao: Member of Board of Directors

As a young entrepreneur, with nearly 10 years  experienced in the field of securities and  investment in construction, she served as corporate director Wong Kar Securities and investment advisory firm Cp construction consultancy AC.
